Does anyone know a graphic artists that can do some logos etc?

As title really. I want to spruce up my Twitch and YouTube channels with some form of logo / character design and have drawing skills that makes Vol's shock combo wall residue look positively artistic.

 

I will obviously pay towards it, not expecting it for free, but can't offer much unfortunately.
