and another 6 years on and still playing WoW.
altho I did spend a good chunk of time playing Stalker 2 - in the end going through it 3 times for the different endings - was the later part of WoW war within so not much to do before Midnight was released.
still have the old Stalker games in Steam - all now enhanced,
also GTA IV suddenly became playable so have a fun romp through that from time to time.
over the past month or so have been dabbling with Linux and started with Mint but have now moved full time to Bazzite as everything seems to just work. was a fun transition and I hopefully will never have to go back to windoze again.
I fondly tell Jaybo stories to people - like the time his missus wanted him to spend less time UTing and more time with her - until he made himself an absolute pain in the arse wanting to watch every football match and jabbing her with endless questions about the soaps she made them watch and she told him to fuck off back to UT.
or the night when he had to have his pc in their bedroom and forgot one time to turn off his mic when his missus 'got a bit jiggy' and we listened to live sex show....
Jaybo is a fucking legend.
and 5 years on switched to AMD 7800x3d, 64gb ddr5, Radeon 7800XT and everything runs like a dream.
recently am trying to jump more into Linux Mint and apart from a few hiccups the transition has gone well
would be sweet to see the old gang again
am still balls deep into World of Warcraft (16 years now) with occasional forays into Stalker 2, GTA VI & 5 and a big Steam / Epic / GoG libraries mostly being ignored
still think fondly of the UT lans that I enjoyed back in the naughties - man we had fun lugging round those big monitors.
since March 2020 been on a AMD 3700X, gigabyte X5700 Aorus Elite, 16gb mem, Radeon 5700 with an odd assortment of hardrives so nothing too uber but works well with evberything I throw at it.
well slap my ass and call me [¹²M] :D
really need to seek out old jaybo-bibbly - probably has 100 kids by now eh?
other day I bought UT off steam and had to run through a few hoops to get it running but it looks and plays good once all done.
yea still playing this after 9 years
tho I did set some time aside for the awesome GTA5.
even found out to run UT on a semi good pc with no grafix glitches or fps 20000000+
so how is everyone?
