Alright guys,

this is a difficult one but I'm being incredibly pro-active with this one!

As some of you may know & others not know so well the I-Series is the biggest UK LAN event which is held 3 times a year. Spring, end of summer & autumn/winter.

The LAN's are usually at Newbury race course, which is a fantastic venue & right next to (I mean literally) the train station.

It would be great if as MANY monkeyz as possible could make the weekend.

It's technically Thursday evening till Monday afternoon, but I tend to go Friday morning early afternoon ish. It's a great event, not just for the latest games but for general drinking, good atmosphere & we can host UT ourselves for a bit of fun! :)

We've never had our own LAN & this is really the only chance we have of meeting up. It's usually held at the end of August bank holiday weekend time.

I will be attending I hope we can get some good input for this post & with a year to book it with the missus there's plenty of time to come up excuses :)

wayhey a reply get in! load up UT..... LAN pings ftw ;x

It's well organised m8, huge place with a several bars really close to the Newbury town for takeaways or going out for a meal. We just pick our seating etc. Tickets normally cost £90 ish for Friday till Monday (bank holiday weekend) but they do early bird tickets a few months in advance that cost around £60 ish so I will post when they're up. I got a train down last time, train stop is outside the place how convenient. Would be great for as many monkeys to turn up as poss tbh :)
