yeppers - due to a recent job change and buses being pretty poor where I am now I decided to get back on 2 wheels.
takes about 30 mins to cycle to the new place and this is the first week I have done it.
luckily it's mostly down hill into work so it means I get home knackered and dripping with sweat.
the bike I got is a cheap n nasty Halfords one called Apollo cx10 - you know it's good when you spend more on the accessories than the bike itself
oh and the last time I cycled any where was back in 1979!

I don't reckon you've got long. Seen that before. Gut wound. The slug's probably torn right through your liver. Mate of mine in Ulster got caught in sniper fire. Bullet blew his inside out. He screamed for a good 10 minutes. We couldn't send a medic in, the section was too hot. So we all took cover... and watched him die. I've never told that... to anyone... you should've called an ambulance... for the girl...
